The custom style guide created with the goal of improving functionality, adding sleeping space while also creating an aesthetic that is rustic, cozy and airy.

Having a detailed design guide allows the renovation to be executed seamlessly. Some unique details of this project included:

• Creating shiplap out of plywood to save costs

• Re-framing the ceiling for a symmetrical roof line

• Adding vinyl flooring

• Building a custom bunk bed with mini-stair case

• Finishing the space with lighting, storage & decor solutions that bring the original design concept to life.

This space will be enjoyed by family and friends for many years to come.
